Vice President, Category, Promo, and Partnerships Marketing // Target
Amy Spiridakis joined Target in July 2019, leading the Category Marketing team. In her role, Amy leads marketing efforts across all merchandise categories, including building owned brands such as Good & Gather, All in Motion, and Hearth and Hand by Magnolia. In Spring 2020, Amy’s purview expanded to include Promotions Marketing, and in 2021, to include Partnerships Marketing.
Prior to Target, Amy sent 14 years at PepsiCo, in a variety of brand, commercial and innovation marketing roles. She held multiple leadership roles there, including Vice President, Marketing Activation where she led a team of 75-marketers who built plans for Pepsi, Mountain Dew and bubly through deep, local market and consumer understanding. In addition, Amy re-launched Pepsi’s marketing training program, initiated an annual marketing leadership recognition program, and created the LEAGUE, an employee resource group focused on advancing gender equality. Amy’s career began in the hospitality industry in consulting and asset management.
Amy is a graduate of Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration and has her MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
