VP, Food and Bev Strategy and Ops // Target
Amy Spiridakis, VP Strategy & Operations, Food & Beverage, joined Target in 2019 and moved into her current mandate in June 2022. In her current role, Amy is responsible for aligning, organizing and driving strategic priorities across the $21B Food & Beverage business and cross-functionally throughout the organization. Previously, Amy served as VP-Category, Promotions, and Partnership Marketing where she led marketing efforts across all merchandise categories, including building Target Owned Brands such as Good & Gather, All in Motion, and Hearth and Hand by Magnolia; as well as creating bespoke marketing plans with key strategic partnerships like Ulta Beauty and Disney, and developing key seasonal advertising campaigns such as Totally Target.
Prior to Target, Amy sent 14 years at PepsiCo, in a variety of brand, commercial and innovation marketing roles. She held multiple leadership roles there, including Vice President, Marketing Activation where she led a team of 75-marketers who built plans for Pepsi, Mountain Dew and bubly through deep, local market and consumer understanding. In addition, Amy re-launched Pepsi’s marketing functional training program, initiated an annual Marketing leadership recognition program, and created the LEAGUE, an employee resource group focused on advancing gender equality. Amy’s career began in the hospitality industry in consulting and asset management. She is a graduate of Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration and has her MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
