Chief Executive Officer // Code3
Drew Kraemer is the CEO of Code3, a digital performance marketing agency that partners with many of the largest digital advertisers globally. He believes that for brands to be successful, they need to understand media, creative and commerce – and the critical connection among these three pillars.
As CEO, he oversees the strategic direction and primary services of the agency. Additionally, he focuses on company culture, corporate strategy, and key clients such as Anheuser-Busch InBev, LVMH, Gap and Chipotle, to name a few.
Prior to Code3, Kraemer co-founded Marketplace Strategy, an Amazon Acceleration Agency. The Cleveland based marketing startup was sold to Code3 and Graham Holdings Company (NYSE:GHC) in 2018, where it is now the Commerce division of Code3. Before starting Marketplace Strategy, Kraemer served as President of the Consumer Brand & Ecommerce Division of Fathom, a top 25 independent full-service digital marketing agency where he helped drive digital commerce strategy for brands such as Speck Products, Bissell, Darice, and Abbott.
He credits his successful career, past and present, to the people he’s partnered with and led along the way. As a leader, he’s extremely passionate about positive corporate culture that balances the realities of business with being human beings. Drew infused this belief into the structure of Code3 benefits, and daily into Code3 culture.
