Jeffrey Lack serves as Senior Vice President of Marketing for Rite Aid. In his role, Jeffrey leads the marketing strategy development for Rite Aid’s 2,400 stores. His team is specifically responsible for developing the company’s integrated marketing and communication plans as well as loyalty, CRM and digital acquisition – all designed to drive traffic to and revenue at the stores.
Jeffrey joined Rite Aid in 2021 and has more than 20 years of experience in strategic marketing leadership, including 6 years at Bridgestone and 15 years in global marketing roles at Shell where he served as CMO for Jiffy Lube International.
Jeffrey enjoys giving back to the community and has been a part of several boards previously. Most recently, he was the President of the Bridgestone Brands Company, sat on the Board of Directors for Bridgestone Golf, and served on the Executive Board of Directors for Child Advocates. Jeffrey earned a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Michigan. He also earned an MBA in marketing from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
