Cindy Faust drives strategy, vision development, and revenue creation programs in partnership with clients to help position them for customer growth and success. She is responsible for setting the global strategic direction for our commercial functions and is a key contributor in shaping our product and service offerings based on client and market needs. She works in close collaboration with our Americas clients and all areas of the Aimia business globally.
Prior to her current role, she was VP Global Client Development, VP Global Product Marketing and VP, Loyalty Technology Services for the Americas, aligning information technology design and delivery with Aimia capabilities to create fully integrated customer loyalty marketing programs. Before this, she was Senior Director, Technology Services, delivering consumer loyalty technical solutions for clients in the financial services, automotive, travel and hospitality, retail, CPG and telecom industries. She joined the company in 2005 with a main focus on business development for new loyalty programs and products.
Prior to joining Aimia, Cindy held various IT leadership positions with Carlson Companies and GE Capital. She started her career at Entex Technical Solutions as a consultant on the American Express account, and she has earned various collegiate degrees including an MBA from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.
