Julie Cary is Chief Customer Officer at Belk and previously Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for La Quinta Inns & Suites. Ms. Cary is a results-driven marketing leader with more than 20 years’ experience in various industries. She joined La Quinta in 2006 and is responsible for leading the brand’s marketing programs, ecommerce, loyalty, and sales efforts.
Prior to joining La Quinta, she served as Vice President at Brinker International, Vice President of Marketing at Dean Foods and Vice President of Marketing at Gerber Products Company. She started her career at Ralston Purina. Ms. Cary holds an M.B.A. from Washington University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Illinois.
