Marcelo Regen is the Vice President Allstate Brand Innovation and Chief Customer Officer at Allstate Insurance Company of Canada (AICC). His accountabilities include brand reputation, traditional and digital marketing, product innovation, partnerships and strategic alliances, online and mobile customer self-service applications, as well as retail distribution network enablement (CRM, process optimization and incentive systems).
Marcelo began his career with AICC in 2004. During his tenure, he’s had broad and progressive exposure to many aspects of the business including Finance, Business Development, and Strategy, playing a key role in the development and launch of Allstate’s current agency distribution model in Canada.
He holds a degree in Economics from the National University of Tucuman (Argentina), and graduated Magna Cum Laude with an MBA in Finance from Austral University (Argentina). He also holds designations as both a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA).
